FRAMES & PANELS

The Tess Minimal frame is 10mm wide and is manufactured from extruded and anodised aluminium 6063-T5. This ensures a lifelong sturdy frame to your door and will not be prone to damage or warping like some lower quality chipboard or MDF framed doors. They also have the advantage over wood in that they will not bow over time. In Tess Minimal we offer a wide range of panel options in mirror, satin glass, coloured glass & contemporary wood,  Panel colours are below. Self Adhesive handle available for this range which can stick to glass or wood; size H 150mm x 30mm w - £ 8.99 (image in gallery below). (Please Note: track sets will require cutting to length by your installer)

Top Track (2 Channel)

Bottom Track (2 Channel)

Single Top Track (1 Channel)

This is used for sliding room dividers, single sliding doors & to create a tripple track

This track is added to a two channel floor track to create a triple track

Single Bottom Track (Mounting Profile)

This single track can be added to the 2 channel bottom track to create a tripple bottom track

Single Bottom Track (Recessed Track)

This track can be recessed into the floor covering e.g. wooden floor

Single Bottom Track (Wide Track)

When fitted, the flooring material e.g. tiles buts against the vertical aluminium part (8mm) leaving only the channel showing.

Bottom Guide / Roller

The bottom running wheels are manufactured from a thick gauge steel, findihed with a sink plating and can be adjusted in height by 15mm (allen key is included). The interior components include durabal nylon wheels and chrome steel ball bearings. The bottom wheels has a noiseless running action when in use.

Top Guide

The top running guide is manufactured from stainless steel and includes a dual rubber wheel mechanism containing steel ball bearings.
