What optional extras will you need?

Hello again!  We are often asked, ‘What will I need in addition to the doors and track set?’.  In this post, I will give you some idea IF you need optional extras.

What are wall liners? 

I took a call from a customer asking for strike plates, I soon discovered that wall liners and strike plates are the same thing.  Wall liners are not absolutely necessary, however they give the doors something to close against (instead of hitting your wall, which are not always straight!).  They come in a variety of colours to match your doors, and this gives your project a more finished, decorative look – you’ll find these in our shop area.

What are multi-use panels?

Again, several names for these panels – multi-use, multi-purpose liners, etc.  The clue is in the wording – multiple uses.  They can be used as wall, ceiling or floor liners, or can be used to build a frame for your doors to sit inside.  Plenty of colour variety and available in our shop.

What are end panels?

End panels can be used if you do not have a wall-to-wall space.  You can create a space specific to your measurements by installing an end panel at one or both ends.  End panels come in 3 sizes 2800mm x 620mm, 2800mm x 680mm and the extra deep option 2800mm x 1200mm.  Again, colours are available to match your sliding wardrobe doors, you can add these before checkout or through our shop.
